The objective of this architectural and interior design project was to completely transform a typical 1930s villa.

Dividing the villa into 3 independent units

The owners wanted to divide this large house into 3 units: a triplex (135 m²), a duplex (100 m²) and an apartment in the attic (60 m²). The conversion of the attic apartment was made possible by modifying the roof (glass roof and dormer window).
