Interior arrangement in a company office

- Objective: gathering all the employees in a flexible and pleasant space
L’entreprise qui a fait appel à nos services a fait l’acquisition de ce bâtiment construit dans les années 90 pour répondre à plusieurs besoins :
- Réunir l’ensemble des salariés dans un même espace
- Prévoir un espace évolutif capable de s’adapter à la croissance et les évolutions de la société
- Utiliser ses locaux professionnels comme levier de séduction auprès des collaborateurs
Un espace de bureaux composé de 2 zones
L’entreprise et l’architecte se sont rapidement accordé sur le fait de décomposer l’espace en deux zones :
L’appartement
Une grande pièce multifonction avec une cuisine au centre dédiée à la rencontre et à l'échange et reprenant les codes et les matériaux de l’univers domestique.
Les bureaux
Ils utilisent un aménagement de type flex-office, ils proposent différentes façons de travailler. Certains postes de travail sont isolés et permettent la concentration pendant que d'autres, avec de grandes tables, favorisent le travail d'équipe.
Ces 2 espaces sont séparés par un bloc de salles de réunion permettant d’isoler acoustiquement les bureaux tout en limitant l’utilisation de cloisons.
Le bâtiment a été rénové dans son intégralité, avec un autre plateau de bureaux pour accueillir un locataire ainsi que des locaux communs (hall et sanitaires). La rénovation des locaux communs s'est faite dans un esprit moderniste en reprenant l'architecture extérieure du bâtiment qui évoque celle des années 50.
Les choix esthétiques ont donc été parfois exagérés de façon à valoriser l’immeuble et à proposer une immersion de ses usagers.
The company that called on our services acquired this building constructed in the 1990s to meet several needs:

An office space comprising 2 zones
The company and the architect quickly agreed on dividing the space into two zones:
The apartment
A large multi-purpose room with a kitchen at the centre, dedicated to meeting and exchange, drawing on the codes and materials of the domestic world.
The offices
They use a flex-office layout, offering different ways of working. Some workstations are isolated and allow for concentration while others, with large tables, encourage teamwork.
These 2 spaces are separated by a block of meeting rooms allowing acoustic isolation of the offices while limiting the use of partitions.
The building was renovated in its entirety, with another office floor to accommodate a tenant as well as shared facilities (entrance hall and sanitary facilities). The renovation of the shared facilities was carried out in a modernist spirit, drawing on the exterior architecture of the building which evokes that of the 1950s.
The aesthetic choices were therefore sometimes exaggerated in order to enhance the value of the building and offer an immersive experience for its users.
