Les temps changent et la décoration s’invite de plus en plus dans le milieu professionnel. Les dirigeants d’une agence internationale de publicité située dans une tour d’un quartier d’affaires ont souhaité aménager leurs locaux et y apporter une atmosphère chaleureuse et créative. Quatre espaces ont fait l’objet de notre expertise : le lobby, la salle du Conseil, la salle à manger et une salle de repos.
Lobby
Le DRH de l’agence souhaitait dédier un espace assez vaste aux salariés afin de créer un lieu de réunions de travail « informelles » et créatives, ou tout un chacun pouvait se sentir comme à la maison.
Les contraintes techniques de chauffage, climatisation et sécurité ont obligé à retravailler le plafond de manière à obtenir un résultat esthétique.
Différents coins « salon » ont été organisés afin que les espaces puissent êtes utilisés par le plus grand nombre. La présence des tissus et de la moquette « effet béton » donne au lieu une atmosphère cocon et étouffée.
Le choix des couleurs du mobilier confère au lieu cet esprit récréatif et inspirant pour les salariés. Enfin, le mix des styles permet d’éviter la monotonie de ce lieu de travail.
Le résultat de ce projet d'architecture tertiaire est un franc succès auprès des salariés qui aujourd’hui utilisent ce lieu de 80m² de manière continue. Il paraitrait qu’il est difficile de réserver cette salle…
Salle du conseil
La salle du conseil de 60m² a été créée dans un espace en arc de cercle à l’étage de direction. L’enjeu a été de créer un lieu sobre et élégant équipé des dernières technologies domotiques.
La salle pouvant accueillir plus de vingt personnes, un travail d’insonorisation a été apporté particulièrement au sol et au plafond.
Ce projet a été réalisé en étroite collaboration avec le service informatique afin de permettre l’installation d’une domotique évoluée pouvant gérer l’ensemble du confort de cette pièce : système de réservation, température, stores électriques, variation des luminaires, écrans, sécurité et opacification des vitres pour assurer la confidentialité.
La table de plus de 8 mètres de long a été réalisée entièrement sur mesure. L’éclairage général est apporté par les suspensions Warp 1 d’Henri Bursztyn, comme des vagues lumineuses suspendues dans l’espace. La couleur jaune des assises permet d’apporter le « peps » nécessaire à cette atmosphère studieuse.
Salle à manger
Comment créer un lieu sobre, intimiste et chaleureux pour recevoir des clients ou fournisseurs, dans une tour ? Voilà le challenge auquel répond cette salle à manger de 25m² qui peut aussi servir de salle de réunion.
Afin de ne pas casser l’atmosphère du lieu, les plafonds bruts en béton ont été laissés dans leur état d’origine et ont permis de donner une ligne directrice dans l’aménagement.
L’atmosphère industrielle qu’on retrouve dans les suspensions d’usine, mais aussi dans les éclairages indirects en bois brut et la table en céramique est contrebalancée par la série d’assises en tissus qui apporte confort et douceur.
Les tons neutres de beiges et de kaki sont repris dans les stores et les papiers peints et confèrent au lieu une ambiance cosy et reposante.
Ce style loft ferait oublier que l’ensemble se trouve dans une tour de bureaux dominant un centre d’affaires.
Times are changing and decoration is increasingly making its way into the professional world. The directors of an international advertising agency located in a tower in a business district wanted to redesign their premises and bring a warm and creative atmosphere to them. Four spaces were the subject of our expertise: the lobby, the boardroom, the dining room and a rest room.
Lobby
The HR director of the agency wanted to dedicate a fairly large space to employees in order to create a place for “informal” work meetings where everyone could feel at home.
The technical constraints of heating, air conditioning and security required reworking the ceiling to achieve an aesthetic result.
Various “lounge” corners were organised so that the spaces could be used by as many people as possible. The presence of fabrics and “concrete effect” carpet gives the place a cocooning and muffled atmosphere.
The choice of colours for the furniture gives the place a recreational and inspiring spirit for employees. Finally, the mix of styles avoids monotony in this workplace.
The result of this office space design project is a great success with employees who now use this 80m² space continuously. It would seem that it is difficult to book this room…
Boardroom
The 60m² boardroom was created in a semicircular space on the management floor. The challenge was to create a sober and elegant space equipped with the latest home automation technologies.
As the room can accommodate more than twenty people, soundproofing work was carried out particularly on the floor and ceiling.
This project was carried out in close collaboration with the IT department to allow the installation of advanced home automation capable of managing all the comfort of this room: booking system, temperature, electric blinds, light dimming, screens, security and glass opacity for privacy.
The table of more than 8 metres long was made entirely to measure. The general lighting is provided by the Warp 1 pendants by Henri Bursztyn, like luminous waves suspended in space. The yellow colour of the seats provides the “pep” necessary for this studious atmosphere.
Dining room
How to create a sober, intimate and warm space to receive clients or suppliers, in a tower? That is the challenge addressed by this 25m² dining room, which can also serve as a meeting room.
In order not to break the atmosphere of the place, the raw concrete ceilings were left in their original state and helped to set the direction for the design.
The industrial atmosphere found in the factory pendants, but also in the raw wood indirect lighting and the ceramic table, is counterbalanced by the series of fabric seats that bring comfort and softness.
The neutral tones of beige and khaki are echoed in the blinds and wallpapers and give the place a cosy and restful ambience.
This loft style would make you forget that the whole space is located in an office tower overlooking a business centre.
