Interior renovation of an apartment with rooftop
- Dimensions: 150m² + 60m² rooftop
- Objective: Create a contemporary, bright and spacious interior
- Furniture : Poliform, Minotti, Rimadesio, Leich
Located in a 1970s building, this 150m² apartment with a 60m² rooftop terrace was completely renovated to offer a contemporary, bright, and spacious interior.
The goal of this interior design project was also to create a warm interior through the use of beautiful materials, notably different types of wood and marbles. The color palette focused on neutral tones such as beige, brown, and taupe.
For furnishing the interior, furniture, notably Italian, was selected by the interior designer: a dining table in Spessart oak, a bed and a wardrobe from Poliform, sofas from Minotti, coffee tables from Rimadesio, a kitchen from Leicht with concrete fronts.
Other interior elements were also custom-designed: the staircase, the desk/console in the living room, the oak ceiling, and the bookshelf.
Everything was done to create a 60m² rooftop terrace as pleasant as possible and to highlight the view. A teak floor was installed, and outdoor furniture comes from Tribu.
