Design of a roof terrace with a veranda

L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble tout en longueur, typique des années 80, avec des façades entièrement carrelées. Si l'immeuble n'est pas particulièrement séduisant, il propose des duplex avec jardin et des triplex qui bénéficie d'un toit-terrasse.
Le toit-terrasse abrite une véranda dans laquelle a été aménagé la cuisine / salle-à-manger. La véranda donne sur une petite terrasse dans laquelle l’architecte a installé la buanderie dans un recoin et une plancha dans un autre.
The apartment is located in a long, narrow building, typical of the 1980s, with entirely tiled facades. While the building is not particularly attractive, it offers duplexes with gardens and triplexes with a rooftop terrace.
The rooftop terrace houses a veranda in which the kitchen/dining room has been set up. The veranda opens onto a small terrace where the architect installed the utility room in one corner and a plancha grill in another.
