Renovation of an apartment from the 60s
Le propriétaire a été séduit par la luminosité, la vue et la terrasse de cet appartement d'une résidence des années 60. Il a fait appel au collectif Créateurs d'intérieur pour accentuer les atouts de ce lieu et le moderniser.
L'appartement de 47m² n'avait pas été rénové depuis la construction de l'immeuble. L'architecte a donc décidé de revoir les espaces et optimiser les rangements.
L'entrée a été décloisonnée et aménagée avec des grands placards. Le salon avec une vue dominante sur Paris a été modernisé grâce à des plaques de béton de Concrete LCDA. Un parquet massif de la Parqueterie Nouvelle en pointe de Hongrie a été mis en place pour accroitre l'isolation et amener un côté chic.
Le meuble bibliothèque intégrant un bureau et fait sur mesure revient dans l'entrée de créer une console.
Parmi les éléments de mobilier, on trouve un canapé Muuto, un fauteuil Eames de Vitra, une table de La Chance, des chaises HAY qui viennent décorer l'espace pour profiter de la vue.
La cuisine initialement très étroite a été agrandie sur la salle de bain. Le parti prix de l'architecte a été de faire une cuisine toute noire avec de la pierre du Zimbabwe en plan de travail (Omni Marbre). Sa large fenêtre permet de faire un passe plat vers la terrasse.
La chambre intègre de grands placards et un bureau caché. La tête de lit faite sur mesure en tissu a permis d'agrandir l'espace.
La salle de bain a été mise en valeur grâce à deux carrelages de même couleur mais de reliefs différents pour délimiter l'espace douche.
La terrasse de 23m² a été aménagé avec de nombreuses plantes, un sol en bois Douglas et 2 espaces distincts : un salon et un espace dinatoire.

The owner was captivated by the light, the view and the terrace of this apartment in a 1960s residential building. He called upon the Créateurs d'intérieur collective to enhance the assets of this space and bring it into the modern era.
The 47m² apartment had not been renovated since the building was constructed. The architect therefore decided to reconfigure the spaces and optimise storage.
The entrance hallway was opened up and fitted with large built-in wardrobes. The living room, with its sweeping view over Paris, was modernised with concrete panels from Concrete LCDA. A solid herringbone parquet floor from La Parqueterie Nouvelle was installed to improve insulation and add a touch of elegance.
The custom-built bookcase unit, which incorporates a desk, extends back to the entrance to create a console table.
Among the furnishings, a Muuto sofa, a Vitra Eames armchair, a table from La Chance, and HAY chairs dress the space to make the most of the view.
The kitchen, originally very narrow, was extended into the bathroom. The architect's design choice was to create an all-black kitchen with Zimbabwe stone worktops from Omni Marbre. Its wide window serves as a pass-through to the terrace.
The bedroom features large fitted wardrobes and a concealed desk. The bespoke fabric headboard allowed the sense of space to be expanded.
The bathroom was enhanced using two tiles of the same colour but different textures to delineate the shower area.
The 23m² terrace was landscaped with numerous plants, a Douglas wood deck, and two distinct zones: a lounge area and a dining area.
