Lors de la seconde visite de cet appartement, le client a fait appel au collectif Créateurs d’intérieur pour un diagnostic avant achat immobilier. En effet le client souhaitait transformer cet appartement de 75m² très vétuste, très sombre (1er étage sur cour) et trop cloisonné en un agréable 3 pièces moderne et chaleureux.
Description of this renovation project:
During their second visit to this apartment, the client called upon the Créateurs d'intérieur collective for a pre-purchase survey. The client wished to transform this highly run-down, very dark (1st floor overlooking a courtyard) and over-partitioned 75m² apartment into a pleasant, modern and welcoming 3-room home.
