Corporate office 300m²
Un laboratoire pharmaceutique nous a demandé de personnaliser les espaces de travail et de détente d’un bâtiment de 300m² en cours de construction. Ce bâtiment fût commandé quelques années auparavant par le laboratoire dans le but de se développer, en agrandissant les zones de travail et de stockage.
Les plans initiaux représentaient un espace complètement cloisonné qui ne prenait pas en compte le cahier des charges du maître d’ouvrage. La proportion des espaces n’était pas adaptée à leur organisation et aussi, l’architecture intérieure ne reflétait en aucun cas l’évolution de cette société en expansion, tout était standardisé.

A pharmaceutical laboratory asked us to personalise the workspaces and relaxation areas of a 300 m² building under construction. This building had been commissioned several years earlier by the laboratory with the aim of expanding, by enlarging the working and storage areas.
The initial plans showed a fully compartmentalised space that did not take into account the client's brief. The proportions of the spaces were not suited to their intended use and, furthermore, the interior architecture in no way reflected the evolution of this growing company — everything was standardised.
