Redesign of a 4-room apartment 78m²
Présentation de cette rénovation :
Cet appartement de 4 pièces de 78 m² nécessitait une rénovation totale avec un remodelage et une redistribution des espaces afin d’offrir une configuration optimale.
Le premier objectif était d’agrandir le séjour, qui avant travaux faisait 17m2, en supprimant la chambre adjacente, ce qui a permis de doubler la surface de cette pièce.
Cette opération nous a permis de séparer l’espace nuit de l’espace de réception, tout en conservant le même nombre de chambres.
La partie entrée / cuisine / WC a été remodelée afin d’optimiser et d’agrandir la la cuisine. Pour ce faire, l’orientation des WC a été repensée, ainsi que l’accès vers le futur espace nuit. Il a également été nécessaire de modifier une partie de la structure porteuse.
L’ancienne salle à manger, bénéficiait de deux accès, le premier a été condamné.
Un mur a été mis en œuvre pour créer un couloir. Ce mur intègre une partie vitrée afin de bénéficier de la lumière naturelle.
La petite chambre du fond intègre une salle d’eau privative uniquement cloisonner par des parties vitrées.
About this renovation :
This 78 m² four-room apartment required a complete renovation involving the remodelling and redistribution of spaces in order to achieve an optimal layout.
The first objective was to enlarge the living room, which measured only 17 m² before the works, by removing the adjacent bedroom — a move that doubled the surface area of the room.
This operation enabled us to separate the sleeping area from the reception area while retaining the same number of bedrooms.
The entrance hall / kitchen / WC area was remodelled to optimise and enlarge the kitchen. To achieve this, the orientation of the WC was redesigned, as was the access route to the new sleeping area. It also proved necessary to modify part of the load-bearing structure.
The former dining room had two access points; the first was sealed off.
A wall was built to create a corridor. This wall incorporates a glazed section to allow natural light to filter through.
The small back bedroom features a private shower room, partitioned solely by glazed panels.
