Renovation of a 2 room apartment 32m²
Presentation of this renovation project
This 32m² two-room apartment, run-down and partitioned, required a complete renovation. The aim of this renovation was to restore good natural light and a sense of space.
The bathroom/kitchen block, very poorly optimised, was entirely demolished and redesigned. The kitchen gained space and the redesigned shower room now offers a very comfortable walk-in shower.
The living room, initially 13m², has become a large living area of almost 20m².
The doorway to the bedroom was transformed into a wide, full-height opening, and a second bay was cut through to open the living space onto the sleeping area.
Furniture: IKEA rug, Le Corbusier armchair, Eileen Grey table, Eames chair, Jacobsen chair, Kartell Componibili violet storage unit
Finishes: Plaster sculpture by Didier Sandrin, floor and wall tiles by Cinca
