Présentation de ce projet d'optimisation d'un appartement sombre
La surface de cet ancien appartement de 42m² a été optimisée afin de libérer un maximum d'espace dans le séjour.
Les cloisons ont été repositionnées permettant une entrée en continuité avec l'espace de vie. Le sol recouvert d'un parquet en chêne clair et les poutres blanchies apportent de la clarté. Le mur de l'ancienne cheminée condamnée laisse place à une bibliothèque sur mesure et un foyer bio-éthanol intégré.
A l'opposé, la cuisine a été réalisée sur mesure avec des portes sans poignées, en laque satinée blanche et grise. Un bandeau de leds incrusté dans le meuble souligne le volume de l’ensemble et crée un éclairage indirect. Le plan de travail est en marbre de carrare. La cuve en inox est collée sous le plan afin de la rendre plus discrète.
Le mobilier majoritairement blanc et quelques touches de couleurs vitaminées apportent de la chaleur à cet intérieur.
Dans la salle de bain et l'entrée, une bande jaune apporte une touche de couleur en harmonie avec le mobilier et les matériaux choisis.

Presentation of this dark apartment optimization project
The floor area of this 42m² period apartment has been optimized in order to free up as much space as possible in the living room.
The partition walls were repositioned, allowing the entrance hall to flow seamlessly into the living space. Light oak parquet flooring and whitened beams bring brightness to the interior. The wall of the former bricked-up fireplace has given way to a bespoke bookcase and an integrated bio-ethanol fireplace.
On the opposite side, the kitchen was custom-made with handleless doors in white and grey satin lacquer. An LED strip inset into the unit highlights the overall volume and creates indirect lighting. The worktop is in Carrara marble. The stainless steel sink is bonded underneath the worktop to keep it as discreet as possible.
The predominantly white furniture and a few vibrant colour accents bring warmth to this interior.
In the bathroom and entrance hall, a yellow band adds a touch of colour in harmony with the chosen furniture and materials.
