Interior design of a rental agency in Mérignac

- Objective: To create a reception desk inspired by public works design principles
A company specializing in truck and construction equipment rental entrusted us with the task of designing the layout and renovation of its agency located in Mérignac. This rental agency welcomes two types of users: drivers on one side of the building and clients through a reception area on the other.
We considered it essential to give a strong identity to this reception area. We chose the company’s slogan (“Equipment and people”) as the central theme of the project.
To design this reception space, we drew inspiration from the codes of the construction sector, such as hatch patterns, corrugated metal sheets, and bold colors. The human aspect was also emphasized through the use of warm elements such as wood, fabrics, and sofas.
The construction work lasted three months. We fully designed and built the reception desk with our network of craftsmen. We also supervised all other aspects of this commercial architecture project to ensure the final result.
