Objectif de l'aménagement
Le but de ce projet était d'améliorer les conditions de vie dans cette petite surface, en travaillant sur les fonctionnalités et l'ergonomie du studio.
Lors de la première visite, l'architecte d'intérieur a constaté que le positionnement de la salle d'eau et des WC était effectué contre toute loi thermodynamique ce qui engendrait des dégâts des eaux à répétition. Une des modifications importantes de ce projet était donc de repenser totalement la distribution d'espace, afin de rapprocher les éléments humides vers les colonnes techniques d'arrivée et décharge d'eau.
Désormais, les lois thermodynamiques sont respectées et la salle d'eau est cachée derrière le trompe l’œil graphique.
Placer un lit double en plus d'un canapé dans ce studio de 14m² s'est révélé possible grâce a une belle hauteur sous plafond et au lit escamotable trouvé chez Espace Loggia.
L'épaisseur de la structure du lit etant très faible (16 cm), il prend très peu d'emprise sur le sol. Pour ce studio, il a dû être installé devant la gaine technique existante. L'espace situé autour de cette gaine a donc été valorisé en créant des étagères de rangement assez profondes.
Dans la cuisine, les placards intégrés en menuiserie sur valorisent au mieux l'espace en continuité du trompe l'œil graphique.
Une armoire également sur mesure est nichée à côté du lit escamotable dans l'espace salon.

Design objective
The goal of this project was to improve living conditions in this small space, by working on the functionality and ergonomics of the studio.
During the initial visit, the interior designer noted that the positioning of the shower room and WC was contrary to all thermodynamic principles, which was causing repeated water damage. One of the key modifications of this project was therefore to completely rethink the spatial layout, so as to bring the wet areas closer to the technical supply and drainage columns.
Thermodynamic principles are now respected and the shower room is hidden behind the graphic trompe-l'oeil.
Fitting a double bed in addition to a sofa in this 14m² studio was made possible thanks to the generous ceiling height and the fold-away bed sourced from Espace Loggia.
The bed frame being very slim (16 cm), it takes up very little floor space. In this studio, it had to be installed in front of the existing technical duct. The space around this duct was therefore put to use by creating deep storage shelves.
In the kitchen, the bespoke built-in joinery units make the most of the space in keeping with the graphic trompe-l'oeil.
A custom wardrobe is also tucked in next to the fold-away bed in the living area.
