Rénovation complète de halls d'un bâtiment de bureaux de 90 m²
Le nouveau propriétaire de ce bâtiment de bureaux situé dans une zone artisanale a souhaité le rénover intégralement, y compris les parties communes, pour lui donner plus de cachet et se démarquer ainsi des bâtiments voisins à l’architecture identique.
Vitré sur 2 faces, ce hall dispose d’une belle hauteur sous plafond, un escalier trône en son centre pour accéder à la mezzanine qui dessert l’étage.
Le client a souhaité une atmosphère minimaliste, intemporelle et sans couleurs afin d’être susceptible de plaire aux futurs locataires, quel que soit leur domaine d’activité.
Le choix a été fait de travailler sur un jeu de contrastes noir/blanc, rehaussé par des teintes dorées et éléments de médium sculpté.
L’ensemble de garde-corps à barreaudage a été remplacé par une structure en métal perforé, montant jusqu’au plafond et devenant ainsi la colonne vertébrale du projet. Le poteau rectangulaire massif qui supporte l’escalier disparait grâce à un jeu de miroir sur ses 4 faces. Un éclairage subtil est proposé avec un ensemble de plafonniers et suspensions complémenté par un éclairage indirect assuré par des goulottes lumineuses périphériques. D’imposantes suspensions décoratives s’épanouissent sur toute la hauteur disponible.
Complete renovation of the lobbies of a 90 m² office building
The new owner of this office building located in a craft business zone wished to renovate it entirely, including the common areas, to give it more character and stand out from the neighbouring buildings with their identical architecture.
Glazed on 2 sides, this lobby has a generous ceiling height, with a staircase at its centre providing access to the mezzanine that serves the upper floor.
The client wanted a minimalist, timeless and colour-free atmosphere in order to appeal to future tenants, regardless of their field of activity.
The decision was made to work with a play of black/white contrasts, enhanced by golden tones and sculpted medium elements.
The entire balustraded guard rail was replaced by a perforated metal structure, rising to the ceiling and thus becoming the backbone of the project. The massive rectangular column supporting the staircase disappears through a mirror effect on its 4 faces. Subtle lighting is achieved through a combination of ceiling lights and pendant fixtures, complemented by indirect lighting provided by peripheral light channels. Imposing decorative pendants unfold across the full available height.
