Renovation of a 4 room apartment 100m²
L'objectif de cette rénovation
Rénovation d’un appartement de 146m², situé au 9ème et dernier étage d’un immeuble en béton des années 1980.
Cet appartement bénéficie d’une double exposition avec un balcon filant à l’Est et une terrasse à l’Ouest de 35m². La distribution des pièces n’est pas adaptée au nouvel acquéreur.
Le client travaille de son domicile lorsqu’il n’est pas à l’étranger.
Mélomane, grand voyageur et passionné de photographie, il souhaitait un intérieur en harmonie avec son mode de vie… loin des conventions, propice à la détente et à l’évasion.
L'intervention de l'architecte d'intérieur
L’ensemble de l’appartement a été décloisonné afin d’offrir des volumes généreux et lumineux.
Les espaces à vivre sont séparés ou unifiés par des portes à galandage. La cuisine et la salle à manger partagent le même volume, tout comme la chambre principale et la salle de bain. Une chape allégée a été réalisée dans les parties privées afin de déplacer les pièces d’eau.
L’ensemble des menuiseries extérieures ont été changées et l’isolation thermique et acoustique entièrement repensées. Les menuiseries et matériaux intérieurs ont pour finition des laques mates, des bois huilés et des pierres naturelles taillées en dalles ou utilisées pour la vasque et le receveur de douche.

Renovation of a 146 m² apartment located on the 9th and top floor of a concrete building from the 1980s.
This apartment benefits from a dual aspect with a continuous balcony to the East and a 35 m² terrace to the West. The room layout is not suited to the new owner.
The client works from home when he is not abroad.
A music lover, seasoned traveller and photography enthusiast, he wanted an interior in harmony with his lifestyle… far from conventions, conducive to relaxation and escapism.
The interior designer's approach
The entire apartment was opened up to offer generous and light-filled volumes.
The living spaces are separated or unified by pocket doors. The kitchen and dining room share the same volume, as do the master bedroom and bathroom. A lightweight screed was laid in the private areas to relocate the wet rooms.
All the external joinery was replaced and the thermal and acoustic insulation completely rethought. The interior joinery and materials are finished in matt lacquers, oiled woods and natural stones cut into slabs or used for the basin and the shower tray.
